Terms and Conditions

Effective date: 3 October 2026.

These terms explain Dua & Adhkar, its reading tools, permitted reuse and our responsibilities. The service provides Quran readings, selected duas and adhkar, Arabic source texts, separate meanings and transliterations, and source notes in English, Arabic and Indonesian.

Operator and contact

The operator is Sabiedrība ar ierobežotu atbildību Grigerlab (SIA Grigerlab), registration number 40103828294. “We” and “our” refer to this operator. Questions, corrections, privacy requests and rights notices: [email protected].

Service and independence

Reading and printing are free and do not require an account. The service has no paid subscriptions, donations, checkout or payment processing. An external link does not make us the seller or operator of the linked service.

This is an independent reading resource, not a mosque, religious authority, fatwa service or official publisher platform. Mentioning a scholar, narrator, institution, publisher or source does not imply their affiliation, endorsement or approval of this website. Editorial source checking does not establish religious certification.

Religious reading and personal guidance

Materials support reading, remembrance and learning. They do not replace guidance from a qualified scholar or imam, determine a religious obligation, or create a religious or professional advisory relationship. Different narrations, schools and local practices can use different wording or arrangements. Our selections do not establish a universally prescribed sequence.

A translation explains meanings and does not replace the Arabic Quran. Transliteration is a reading aid, not instruction in precise pronunciation or recitation. Reading a text, marking a passage or completing a counter does not guarantee spiritual, medical, legal, financial or other personal results. A progress marker records activity in the tool, not the validity of worship or a person's religious standing.

Religious material about illness, grief or distress is not medical advice, diagnosis, therapy or emergency support. Do not delay appropriate care or replace prescribed treatment with these materials. Contact local emergency services if someone is in immediate danger; our inbox is not a crisis service.

Texts, versions and tools

The sources and editorial policy explains exact digital editions, our separate meanings and transliterations, publisher translations, changes and licensing. Each reading retains its own source and rights notices. An Arabic source revision, a historical report and a modern translation are different layers.

Errors, omissions and technical faults can occur. We may correct, replace or remove materials for editorial, legal or technical reasons. We do not promise to retain every old version or keep each page permanently available. Report a suspected problem with the page address and relevant passage.

Search filters the library in your browser. Saved places, recent position, passage markers, repetition counters and reading preferences stay in that browser. There is no account backup or automatic synchronization. Saved places are tied to particular editions; a text change can reset incompatible progress. Clearing site data, changing browser or address, storage restrictions and faults can remove saved data. Keep a personal copy if needed. Counters reflect the cited report where a count is given; an editorial passage marker is not an additional prescribed repetition. See the Privacy Policy.

Reading, printing and reuse

To the extent we hold the necessary rights, you may read and print materials through the site's reading and printing tools for personal, non-commercial use. Keep all attribution, source, version, copyright and license notices. The material-specific license or permission governs that material and takes priority over this general permission. We impose no extra restrictions on uses independently permitted by that license or by law.

Credited Arabic Wikisource adaptations and our original dua meanings and transliterations are provided under CC BY-SA 4.0. Follow its attribution, indication-of-changes and share-alike requirements where applicable. This is not a license for every item on this website.

QuranEnc publisher translations and notes have their own seven reuse conditions. They are not offered here under CC BY-SA. Preserve the publisher, source, edition number, document information and complete unchanged content; follow the publisher's notification, update and advertisement conditions. This permission does not cover that provider's separate Arabic text, recordings, transliteration or fonts. Our site cannot grant additional rights in a publisher's work.

Traditional texts do not automatically put modern translations, edited editions, scans, illustrations, fonts or page design in the public domain. Rights and legal exceptions differ between countries. A United States public-domain assessment is not worldwide clearance. We do not claim exclusive rights in traditional or public-domain wording. Printing does not itself authorize resale, bulk republication or incorporation into another product. Nothing restricts public-domain uses, quotation, fair use, fair dealing or other uses permitted by applicable law.

Acceptable use and external services

Do not infringe rights, introduce malware, bypass access controls or interfere with the service or other visitors. Automated access must respect applicable rights and avoid unreasonable load. Lawful browsing, printing and accessibility tools remain permitted. We may take proportionate steps to protect security and rights or restrict abusive traffic.

External websites have their own content, operators and privacy practices. A link does not guarantee their accuracy, suitability, security or availability. Subject to applicable law, we may maintain, modify, suspend or discontinue service features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access, universal device compatibility or permanent browser storage.

Warranties and liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, this free informational service is provided as is and as available, without contractual guarantees of completeness, suitability for a particular purpose, uninterrupted operation or results. Where legally effective, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. These qualifications do not override mandatory standards or our legal duties.

For business or professional use only, and only where legally effective, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential losses and lost profits arising from use or unavailability. This additional exclusion does not apply to consumers.

Nothing excludes or limits liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury where limitation is unlawful, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Mandatory consumer rights, privacy rights and third-party rights remain intact. Where a jurisdiction disallows an exclusion, it applies only to the extent legally permitted. Applicable Indonesian consumer protections, including restrictions on standard clauses, are not waived.

Notices, changes and disputes

Send corrections or rights notices to [email protected]. Identify the page and concern; for a rights claim, explain the right and your authority, with relevant supporting information and contact details. Avoid unnecessary sensitive information. We may request clarification, correct a page or restrict disputed material under applicable requirements. You need not contact us before exercising a right before an authority or court.

The current version and effective date appear here. Material changes will receive appropriate advance notice on the website; changes do not retrospectively remove accrued rights or claims. The Privacy Policy governs data information. Reading or using the site is not consent to new optional processing.

Where a choice of law is legally effective, Latvian law governs these terms. Consumers retain mandatory protections of the law of their habitual residence where applicable under conflict-of-laws rules, including where activities are directed to their country. Disputes may be brought before courts competent under applicable rules; we do not impose mandatory arbitration, a class-action waiver or exclusive Latvian jurisdiction for every consumer. Language choice does not establish residence or applicable law.

An unenforceable provision leaves the remainder effective only as the law permits. These terms have contractual effect only where a contract is validly formed; publication or a footer link alone is not an automatic agreement or waiver of rights.

A library for reading and daily remembrance.
